My Services and Packages

Bringing a new baby home is a big transition, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you need hands-on newborn care, postpartum support, meal prep, or guidance to help you feel more confident, I’m here to help. Let’s chat about what support looks like for you and how we can make this transition smoother together.

Postpartum Newborn Care

Overnight Support $50-$60/hour
Daytime Support (contact for pricing)
Daytime Availability More Limited

Everything I do is about making your transition into life with a newborn feel smoother, more supported, and less overwhelming; whether that means daytime help while you rest and reset or overnight care so you can actually get some sleep. Every family’s needs are different, so my care is flexible and tailored to what works best for you.

If we can connect for a Before Baby Visit before your little one arrives, even better! But if your baby is already here, that’s okay too! I specialize in newborn care up to six months of age and can jump in whenever you need extra support. Up until your due date, I’ll continue to check in, reminding you of how great you’re doing and offering support in any way you need.

I also offer Nursery Setup services for families who need an extra hand getting things ready. Whether it’s unpacking and organizing baby gear, setting up furniture, or making sure everything is arranged in a way that makes sense for your daily routine, I’ll help create a space that’s both functional and welcoming.

Newborn Care Crash Course

$250

Bringing home a newborn comes with a lot of questions, and this hands-on crash course is designed to help first-time parents feel prepared, confident, and ready for those first few weeks. I’ll come to your home and teach you using the products you’ve chosen for your baby, so you can practice in your own space with the gear you’ll actually be using.

Over two interactive sessions (about 2 hours each), we’ll cover the essentials of newborn care (including feeding, diapering, swaddling, and soothing techniques) along with emergency preparedness, safe sleep, and what to expect in the early days. My approach is laid-back and judgment-free, making sure you leave feeling informed, empowered, and ready to take on this new chapter.

Bonus: This course includes a free Postpartum Care Kit ($50 value) with essentials to support your comfort and recovery in the early weeks as well as a car seat safety check.

You’ll also receive A Newborn Log and Postpartum Recovery Journal, a go-to resource designed to support the early weeks without the overwhelm, helping you track the essentials at first and then transition into confidently reading your baby’s cues.

Infant/Child Car Seat Safety Check

$50/Check +$25/Additional Seat
“Pay what you can” spots always available!

As a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), I offer personalized, education-based car seat checks in your driveway or virtually from home.

We’ll go through your car seat and vehicle step by step using both manuals to make sure everything is installed and used correctly. I’ll check things like installation, harness fit, recline, positioning, and overall compatibility with your child and vehicle.

This isn’t just a quick “pass or fail.” My goal is to teach you how to confidently use your car seat on your own, so you leave knowing exactly what to look for and how to make adjustments as your child grows.

You may have heard that fire departments can check car seats. While some firefighters are CPST-certified, many don’t regularly stay up to date on evolving safety guidelines and recalls. Car seat safety changes often, so ongoing education matters.

We’ll also cover common mistakes, safe transitions, and best practices beyond just what’s required by law.

Whether you’re installing a seat for the first time, expecting a baby, or just want a second set of eyes, this is a relaxed, judgment-free space to ask questions and learn.

The Night Owl Packages

  • The first few nights home with a newborn can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. This 5-night package provides 50 hours of expert overnight care (10-hour shifts each night) to help your family adjust to new routines, support nighttime feedings, and ensure a smooth transition. Whether you’re a first-time parent or balancing a newborn with older siblings, I’ll be there to offer hands-on care, guidance, and reassurance so you can focus on rest and recovery.

To make this work with the unpredictability of birth, I reserve availability starting ten days before and ten days after your due date. A deposit secures your spot, and once baby arrives, you simply reach out when your little one is born and let me know when you’re expected to be heading home. I’ll meet you there for your first night and continue from there!

  • Every family’s postpartum journey looks different, and this 10-night package provides 100 hours of expert overnight care (10-hour shifts each night) on a schedule that works for you. Whether you need consistent support in the early weeks or occasional overnight help to reset and recharge, this package offers flexibility while ensuring you have the care you need.

Before baby arrives, we’ll map out a general schedule based on what you think you’ll need. Your start date remains flexible depending on when you’re home and ready, and we can adjust from there as needed.

Shifts can be used anytime within the first 10 weeks postpartum, with at least one shift per week to maintain continuity and support. To ensure the best care for both your family and myself, no more than four consecutive shifts can be scheduled at a time.

  • The first six weeks with a newborn are a time of major adjustment, and having consistent overnight support can make all the difference. This 6-week package provides 300 hours of expert newborn care (5 nights per week, 10-hour shifts each night) to help your family establish healthy sleep and feeding routines, navigate early challenges, and ensure you get the rest you need.

This package is designed to provide steady, consistent care. Before your start date, you’ll choose your five nights per week ahead of time based on what works best for your family, and we’ll stick with that rhythm for the full six weeks.
